Exercise and CF: Keeping our Children Fit

Regular exercise is an important part of staying as healthy as possible with CF. Here are some great resources to help you learn about ways to help your child stay fit and have fun doing it.

This DVD was created by Seattle Children's Hospital to help parents learn different exercises for children with CF to help improve body strength, endurance, lung capacity, and overall quality of life. It's broken down by age of child: Toddlers & Preschoolers, School Age & Early Adolescents, and Adolescents & Young Adults.
