Couple's Relationships CF > Relationship Resources and Links

There are many excellent free resources to help build strong relationships available through universities and community programs. Here are some links to some of my favorites. Even though they don't talk about CF specifically, the tools and skills are universal.

National Extension Marriage and Relationship Network: This website has a free, eight-module, web-based class which "outlines key behaviors and skills that reduces stress and helps individuals and couples have happier, healthier relationships – at any stage of their relationship." (Nermen, 2015)

Strengthening Couple Relationships: The Purdue Extension has created a series of easy-to-use fact sheets handouts to address six areas of couple relationship challenges based on research by prominent marriage and couple researchers including John Gottman.
